What To Do When You Can’t Stop Sneezing

A complicated process carried out by the muscles when it receives a sneezing message from the brain is called as sneezing. It is estimated that the sneezing speed will be at the rate of 100 miles per hour. It is much more important to know about the reason for sneezing. Sneezing may be due to various factors like allergens, pollutants which cause some tingling sensation in the nose.

There may be sneezing can also happen due to the exposure to bright sunlight; it is stated as photic sneezer. Photic sneezers are due to the genetic factors in their family. Some of the essential homes remedies for sneezing are derived below.

  1. Garlic

Garlic is the best home remedy to treat the sneezing. Mash some garlic cloves and take that mashed garlic in a bowl. Inhale the aroma of the mashed aroma. It will give a greater relief in your nostrils affected by the infections.

  1. Ginger

Gingers are rich in its analgesic and antioxidant properties that will help you to have a relief in from the sneezing. Take some fresh ginger roots, wash and grind it into a fine paste. Have 1-2 tablespoons of ginger paste or add them to your regular diets to get rid of sneezing.

  1. Essential Oils

Mix ½ teaspoon of lemon essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and lavender essential oil. Take a diffuser; place these oil combos in that and it to diffuse the steam of the essential oils.

  1. Steaming

Steaming will be one of the effective home remedies for sneezing. As it directly treats the mucus formation in the nasal pathways. Boil some water until steam is released from them, cover your head with a thick cotton towel facing the steamy air and inhale the hot steam. Repeat this process 1-2 times a day for better relief.
