How To Cure A Stomach Ache Fast

Stomach aches are basic symptoms which occur to indicate some malfunctions of the abdominal region. It may indicate the issues like improper digestion, muscular cramps, motion sickness and much more. Common stomach aches will last for few hours and if it exceeds that time limit, do visit your physician for a diagnosis.   1. Peppermint

Peppermints are refreshing agents as it helps in alleviating the stomach aches. It will ease out the indigestion problems as it encourages the proper digestion. Add some handful of fresh peppermint leaves to the boiling water, cover the vessel while it boils, and steep it for 5-10 minutes. Add some honey to it and consume it as a warm peppermint tea.

Add some teaspoons of lemon juice into the lukewarm water. According to your flavor, you can add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of honey or else you may drink it alike. The acidic nature of the lemon will fade off the stomach aches which are due to the improper digestion activity.

  1. Chamomile Tea


Chamomile will help in alleviating the gastric issues and bacterial infections found in the stomach. Add some teaspoons of dried chamomile to the boiling water steep it for 4-5 minutes and then strain the tea for consumption. Whenever you feel the discomforts of stomach better take a sip of chamomile tea for better results.

Fennel seeds are very effective in treating the indigestion problems. And it is one of the best traditional home remedies which are being used for many decades. The pregnant women are recommended to avoid the fennel seeds. The anethole content found in the fennel seeds will enhance the better digestion process and thus it helps in fading out the stomach ache. Just chew some fennel seeds and consume its essence.
